Compatible only with:

• Strap hinges width 30mm and 35mm (6.5mm fine square holes).

• The bolt’s square neck locks perfectly in place.

Not suitable for:

• Wide strap hinges 40mm and 50mm (holes too large).

• The bolt would be loose and spin freely.

The small square under the head locks the bolt into the strap hinge.
Simply tighten the nut from the inside.

Which length to choose?

Measure your shutter’s thickness:

• Standard shutter (28 to 32mm) 👉 Choose 40mm length

• Thick shutter (36 to 44mm) 👉 Choose 50mm length

  ⚠️ Installing a backplate? You must choose the 50mm length. The combined thickness of the strape hinge + backplate exceeds standard thickness — a 40mm bolt would be too short to tighten properly.
